Hi I’m Victoria, and for the past few years, I’ve been helping children build confidence, strength, and focus through yoga and fitness.

I am currently a teaching assistant at a local school with over 10 years of experience working with young children.

My approach focuses on creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel confident to explore, grow, and develop essential skills.

Recently, I expanded my expertise by gaining a qualification in children’s yoga, allowing me to introduce mindfulness and movement into the classroom.

Through yoga, I support children’s well-being, helping them develop focus, emotional resilience, and a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
